Leftover Brioche? French Toast- 3 images
Talking to my sister(NYC) Sunday morning I asked her the best way to warm the brioche from Saturday. She responded French Toast! and so while we talked on speakerphone I made it and it was so good. Had never made it out of brioche before although have seen it on a menu. Soak. Saute in heavy pan with a bit of butter and oil. Eat with warmed maple syrup or jam.

Slice and soak in egg and milk mixture.

Thanks for visiting the blog today. Comments are always nice to receive but just looking is great, too.
Looks like an Ina Garten photo shoot for a magazine!! Brioche is so good, and using it for french toast looks delicious. The Cheesecake Factory has a breakfast sandwich made with brioche that’s yummy, but probably a thousand calories. French toast is a better idea!
I just started the third book in the trilogy – The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest. Had me on the edge of my seat last night!! Salander is some character!!!
