I love that picture. The women are almost uniform, or at least are all wearing almost the same uniform. Such purpose too. Great shot.

Mostly as is. I took this one from far away so cropped a bit to get a closer view without the distraction of the sky etc. But try not to spend any time on computer monkeying around with photos.
Too time sucking.
