Weekly Photo Challenge: Wrong

A flag in tatters.   Montclair, New Jersey.  Corner of Claremont and Valley Road.  A revolutionary marker at the site commemorating George Washington’s Temporary Headquarters.

Parking on the wrong side of the street, going the opposite direction of traffic.  Some neighborhoods ticket for this offense.

No Cardboard (you may have seen this one before)

No Parking in New York City. Just over the line.

Looks like the light is red but perhaps it was flashing

Green Eggs.                                                                And other interpretations for this week’s photo challenge may be seen here

No doubt the flag isn’t illuminated at night either. :(

    • I bet you are right about no light at night! Thanks for stopping by today.

  2. Very good selections of wrongs.

    BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!

    • Thanks Francine.

  3. Great photographs, it’s interesting to discover exactly what could be wrong in each of the picture – makes one really pay attention to the littlest detail.

  4. Well, that’s one way to add “half bath” to your property listing without paying for major renovations.

    • Everyone likes a ground floor bathroom

  5. Neat selection Ruth! Seems like I look at life with rose tinted glasses….not a single ‘wrong’ photo in my albums! Shouldn’t be hard to click one on our chaotic streets if you have managed to find so many on yours :-)

    August 11, 2012 at 7:36 am

  9. You did wrong right. Nice selection. Were all the neighborhood photos taken around Montclair?

    August 11, 2012 at 9:23 am

    • Montclair is first photo only. The rest in Pittsburgh except the crosswalk in NYC.

      August 11, 2012 at 9:32 am

      • And the NO Parking is NYC

        August 11, 2012 at 10:28 am

      • Thanks. Grew up near Montclair and the neighborhoods look a lot like some of those in north Jersey.

Wrong is such a large subject. You covered a lot of territory. Good job!

  18. So many sad images – but I did laugh at the “No Cardboard!” (Clearly some folks need help with their reading skills…) ;)
