December’s Electric Bill?
Columbus Ohio. About two miles from Mark and Erika’s house. Erika drove the kids to see the lights. I propped the camera on the window and was able to catch it but a tripod and cable release would have been useful. Must be a lot of work to take down all the lights and decorations. holiday

Pretty decent shot for no tripod. I marvel at these houses too, but I could never do it. Happy New Year!

WOW! Work and fun putting it up. A chore taking down I would imagine.

Outdoor displays sure have come a long way from tossing a string of lights onto a bush in the front yard and calling it a day. THis one here is really beautiful but must take a family team to put up and take down.

Reminds me of the Griswold’s house in Christmas Vacation!

Must be a doozy of a bill. We have a similar house here; they said the bill can be in the tens of thousands for the 5 weeks the display is active. Wild.

Perhaps the owner works for the power plant.
