Pink Flamingos or Flamingoes Adorn the Water Cooler
My creative and artistic friends host a great party! I like their imaginative use of the pink flamingo lights wrapped around the water cooler. Unique. I laughed out loud when I saw them.I had to look up the plural of flamingo and both o and oes are acceptable, posted in the order listed. The link states the birds are gregarious. I like that, too! I don’t have a water cooler or flamingo shaped lights but the combo looks fun to me.
You can really say it glows....
Light Up Night Pittsburgh
From the the sidewalk by the Monongahela Incline. Not the usual view. Drove up Sycamore Street after the Madwomen in the Attic Poetry Reading/ Party at WYEP on the South Side. Easy to park as it was after 10 PM. I missed the fireworks. Walked up and down Grandview and took a series of shots of Light Up Night, wishing I had taken the tripod and cable release.

Three Men & a Bicyclist on Smallman Street
Waiting in the car for Steve to get the Primanti’s sandwiches, I saw these men head north on Smallman Street. They’d just left Primanti Brothers. And then the bicyclist joined in the frame, that time of day when the streetlights come on, but it’s not dark yet. Unable to determine how the street got named but am sure with more research I’ll find it. You can see all the loading docks on the left for the fruit and vegetable deliveries. It’s a really wide street.
