Woke up this morning to the first snow.
After school there wasn’t much left in the school parking lot, except for these few leaves.
Curb medley of autumn leaves with icy accents.
Just before I got into my car, the sun was sinking in the west at a fast pace.

The top image reminded me of a snow covered mouse, when I first saw it.
The wind is even howling in our back yard-Florida’s panhandle. We can anticipate either a record low 32* or near freezing just before dawn. GO Figure- I did pull out a pair of red gloves this A.M.
Brrr!
Oh, no doubt, snow is beautiful. Those snow covered leaves prove it.
You are so clever.
Never quite ready to leave one season for the next
Crunchy! This snow was a bit unexpected for sure . Hope it’s not a sign of winter to come? Nice to see you Ruth!
Worried about winter
I do not love it either !
Love your title, Ruth. Gorgeous captures. 🙂
Thanks Ad. Appreciate your stopping by and writing today
Beautiful, Ruth, but I want to wrap them in blankets! I’m not ready for the cold yet. 🙂
Great shots Ruth! Summer seems so long ago already!
Great title for this post! I bet squirrels adore leaf popsicles. 🙂
