Weekly Photo Challenge: Joy

Joy and you pair it up with JUMP.  For joy, that is.

Joy to the World (church or another Three Dog Night version).

Joy? An old fahioned liquid dish soap- none available to photograph tonight.

Joy is the emotion I’d most like to capture in a selfie?  (Just thought I’d throw that new word in before the end of 2013  since it was deemed new word of the year.)

Last year’s Christmas card shoot of the grandchildren came to mind. Jumping for Joy.

The grandchildren certainly bring me a lot of joyful moments to capture.

Wishing everyone a new year with lots of joy in it!

  3. Their joy is ALMOST as apparent as yours! I know the feeling. Happy New Year to you too!

  4. There are so many ways to express joy, and all of them are beautiful. I like see in you in a pic every now and again – it’s a nice treat! 🙂

  8. enjoyed this. interesting you included a selfie for this challenge. i did too, for the first time, and i believe this is the first time i have used the word, right here in this comment. although i thought a selfie is a self-portrait rather than a portrait of oneself taken by another photographer? in any case, both images are delightful. jump for joy indeed kind of delightful. thanks for sharing!
