Absolutely necessary
Is a toasted cheese sandwich unhealthy? Certainly comforting, but just add some salad and you have a great meal.
I think it is the buttered bread and the fat grams of the cheese that makes for concern but then with a salad it is A ok? Sure tastes great.
Ah, I don’t use butter in sandwiches. Maybe that makes the difference…
Grilled cheese is a rare indulgence – but oh-so-tasty. I like mine with sliced tomatoes, and a wee bit of vegan “turkey”. Mmm.
