Last Saturday I was on my way to Harmony.
Turns out my route was on Washington’s Trail. You can click the link and get the driving route for Western Pennsylvania. I ended up on the trail by chance.

and here is the Strand Theater in downtown Zelienople which I photographed on the way to Harmony last Saturday. Saved from the wrecking ball by the Strand Theater Initiative.

I love the small towns all over PA, will have to add Zelienople to my list of “must see’s”!
How could they even think about pulling that building down?
Preservation isn’t America’s strong suit.
