Yesterday’s post it was formal portraits. Today it’s candids. Capturing the day with a few casual images.
A sunny Easter afternoon. We went for a walk around the neighborhood.
Michael and Jack had Airedale duty. Anna carried Charlie.
When we got back to the house the children hunted for hidden eggs in the backyard. Some of the eggs opened with a fortune cookie message inside ” A special day with Charlie.” “You pick what’s for supper” “You pick the family movie” “One day of no chores” “Two hours of Ipad time” and some eggs had dollar bills, quarters or dimes.
Nice shots
I love the candid shots. Looks like a beautiful fun day!
Thanks Kristin. Your Easter looked wonderful, too.
I love the idea of not using so much candy – notes and cash inside the eggs is ingenious.
Looks like a perfect, joyful day! Happy Spring to all!
a lovely Easter monday morning treat ……[to find these photos!]
You really cannot ask for much more from Easter, Ruth. Such a great day for you and your family.
You are so right. Thanks John.
I love the “fortune cookie” approach to eggs. Awesome! I’ll have to remember this for a few years from now. 🙂
I thought it was a wonderful idea, too.
What a perfect day for a walk!
