After the birthday party (grown up), the nextdoor neighbor kids were playing in the puddles.
There’d been a downpour.
Kids love puddles. They are like magnets to them.

An this reminds of a similar post I could have done. Yes children often have great fun in what would appear mundane to adults

Lovely colourful evening shots!
Thank you Gilly. Definitely created A mood.
Gorgeous shots.
Thank you Ratty and Mole
Great idea for this week’s challenge Ruth. I remember having a lot of fun playing in the rain and puddles as a kid.
Thank you for your visit and comment
Nice pictures! Puddles are always fun!
SO cute!
Thank you Naomi

Lovely shots, Ruth. Isn’t it funny how kids are so attracted to puddles, whilst most adults try to avoid stepping in them? 😀
Kids go right to them and stomp! Splash. Oh how they enjoy them tremendously -you are right about our going to great lengths to avoid them. Thanks Sylvia.
Awesome pictures! Great colors and amazing vibrancy. And yes, puddles are kid magnets! 🙂
Thanks Stef.
What fun! A party for adults and puddles for the kids. Who among us doesn’t remember splashing about in a puddle or two?
I am going to try splashing again, one day soon
Oh, let there be a camera nearby! 😀
That would be fun. Maybe I should stand by a puddle like man-on-the-street and see if others will splash! Recapture youth? Ruin pricey shoes!
