They are in front of the library and all around the town of Millvale. This one is in front of my framer’s gallery- PANZA.
Love it when a town/city decides to add a little bit of style to some ubiquitous item(s). Here it’s bike racks but other places have done the same with lamp posts, street signs, or flower boxes, for example. Function shouldn’t mean bland.
