  1. Pingback: Weathered – Platform – What's (in) the picture?

  2. You certainly met this chalkenge. These photos are perfect..The various locations add to the mystique. The rusting chair, the old garage and the car graveyard especially pique my interest. I Ilike to imagine the people and activites related to each. It was not so long ago that these items were newer and being used daily. Of course the Mary statue reminds us that we will be okay. We can use a reminder at times. Thank you for adding it to your collection.

    • Another blogger named Ruth wrote to me that means you’ve lived life fully. I’d suggested I include a selfie for weathered.

  4. A very interesting assortment! Of course I like the rust half-smile – but the collection of old cars was very cool, too.

  5. really enjoyed the international pics – and I slowed down my scroll to see if I could match the place with the pic. very nice job with weathered.
some of the pics really tugged – like the NYC playground and the little silhouette kiss above the concrete

      • now this is a great example of why we save photos and we do not always delete delete delete 🙂
even though I am long overdue for some cleaning of my archives

      • well no, if you have the space – just keep them – especially because you are doing blogging and the work project and all that – so it fits what you do.
and for me – it is not the space issue – it is just that I have some that are “almost” doubles – or just ones i do not want – and it gets annoying (only sometimes) to scroll too many –

      • I ordered a book once about data management. I realized I needed to manage the data but just keep getting external hard drives and try to label label label so I can put my hands on something I need. I did delete 35,000 emails this week. I kid you not.

      • oh my goodness that is a lot of emails – and I will shame my mother less when I see her 12,000
because you had triple – yikes.

      • I have a friend who deletes immediately, daily. My numbers bother her. We don’t talk about it much.

      • That sounds like my spouse — deletes almost all – and the iPhone has this new feature where you can screenshot and send it and then delete right away – he loves it. I kinda like it too – but I also like saving. and so we don’t discuss it either – ha – just do our thing and appreciate our differences (and friendship and similarities, etc.)

      • Yes some things are best not discussed. Differences are just that- not superior to other method.

Thanks for your visit. It's always good to hear you stopped by.
