Thanks for sharing Pittsburgh impressions with us! Beautiful series, that gives a feel for the city! Marcus
Thank you Marcus. I enjoy your photographs on your blog.
Thank you, Ruth, your kind words are very much appreciated! Marcus
A comprehensive collection- the city should have you on their payroll for the continuing PR you provide !
Good idea, Connie.
Fantastic visual tour! Outstanding photography!
Awww thank you Peter.
Fabulous tour thanks Ruth!
So glad you visited , Rainee.
Fantastic collection of photos! You could make a book!
Thanks Toni.
Great photos and tour of our city. You chose many of our favorite locations. Thanks Ruth.
I knew you’d like today’s post, Jack. Thanks.
Amazing!!
Thank you
I love this challenge! I have never been to Pittsburgh and this is a great way to get a feel for it. Thanks for sharing Ruth!
Thanks Nicole. Not as exotic as your travels but it was a fun challenge.
I realized that I have no pictures at all or posts on downtown Minneapolis! I should take some!
I’d love a tour. My son went to school in St. Paul but I didn t visit often as it’s so far. I’d love to take your virtual tour, Nicole.
I will have to do one Ruth —but once it warms up! 🙂
That is the best city tour I’ve ever been on! WOW
Thanks Sue. Bet you loved the baseball.
Thanks for the memories. So many lunches at the O while I was in graduate school (when my classes were in the Cathedral of Leaning). When we visit now, my daughter insists on having lunch at S&D. I know that entrance via the Ft Pitt Tunnel very well indeed.
Thanks for writing Dan. I bet the O would feel exactly the sadness.
The same. Not sadness.
Ah, lovely gallery – giving us who never have been there a view!
So glad you joined the virtual tour!
So am I!
Now I want a personal tour of the Burg! Just not in February! Really enjoyed looking at all the highlights.

Some great shots Ruth, blogging has often shown me what a nice city Pittsburgh is.
Thanks Gilly. I enjoy touring your part of the world through your blog, too.
Great job, Ruth! This is a beautiful tour of our beautiful city.
A grand tour! I feel like I have seen a lot of the highlights – thank you for that! I didn’t realize Mr. Rogers was from PA…
