A brisk sunny March Sunday afternoon in the backyard. James was going work on converting the shed into a gardening greenhouse. The kids had fun playing together. Michael pulled the little blue sled with a delighted Charlie- back and forth, back and forth across the seeded lawn.
Maura climbed around and swung upside down on Charlie’s climbing apparatus. She tried pulling Charlie but too heavy.
The same I can say here at our end of the world: No more snow needed!
You can say that again, Peter. I won’t tell you about the accumulation we got in the night where I’m visiting 🙁
Fun was had by all:)
So true. Thank you
Who needs snow anyways. I don’t. The kids don’t.
We have snow on this second day of Spring.
Looks like the kids have found lots of ways to have fun! Great!
Kids are so inventive, given the opportunity.
Any snow is too much snow for this Florida girl!
Now this is a first to see a sled pulled across a bare lawn. We have plenty of snow yet in Minnesota, which would allow Maura to pull Charlie with ease. 🙂
As always, photos of the children having fun make us happy. This said, we want to give credit to James for taking on a challenging project. We are looking forward to a photo of the finished product.
Thanks Jack. It is challenging
That climbing apparatus looks awesome! Does Charlie climb on it yet?
Not independently. The girls had him on the top of it today and he was happy about it but he really can’t navigate it by himself. Big steps stretch!
Btw it says ages 3-6. He’ll be 3 in June
As my C is past the “put everything in my mouth” phase, I look at those “For Ages XYZ” more as suggestions than rules. 🙂
You’re right. Suggestions.
no snow needed – but we just got some in VA – did you all?
We got a couple of inches here in Ohio but I hear it’s still snowing in Pittsburg now. All schools closed. Enough!!
I did not know you were Ohio – thought PA
and schools are closed here too – but we had a mild winter and so I dunno – I kind of do nt mind – but my pale skin needs some sun and also the vitamin D3
I’m visiting grandchildren. I live in Pittsburgh PA
oh good – then I was right
Yes you are right!
🙂
