Wow. What a downpour, Ruth! We are through a dry spell right now and a little bit of rain would be great for our gardens. Hope your thunder storm was not too severe.
It’s too bad the amount of rain can’t be evened out- drought in some places, flooding in others. It wasn’t severe, just dramatic as I was waiting in my car so experienced it differently than if I’d been inside house.
When the snow capped mountains are releasing all their melt water at once during the present heat wave, there is flooding in the forecast for many communities in BC.
