Petey was walking on the sidewalk along the PGH Marathon route ( with Jacob).
I said what everyone probably always says to Jacob- “Oh my goodness! “Little Rascals Dog!” (filmed in the 1930’s as it turns out, YIKES)
Jacob graciously allowed me to photograph Petey AND told me how he found Petey in an animal shelter. Petey has a Mickey Mouse Mark on the top of his head and Jacob used to have a dog named Mickey.
A forever home for Petey is a very happy story. Lucky dog.
