Night on Bryant Street- Italian(2), Belgium, Japanese, Thai, a PayPhone, the Laundromat, a Market and a Bus

Monday night when we drove  through the neighborhood in the rain, none of the restaurants were open except for Smiling Banana Leaf. (Thai).

Joseph Tambellini’s is the first exterior I photographed and you should taste the delicious meatballs.

When I pulled over to the curb to get a shot of Park Brugges, a bus went by and what a bonus. Check out the trail of lights.  It wasn’t raining tonight.  I was on my way home from a photography class on the North Side.  Well, actually a Surreal Photoshop Class.

Enrico’s isn’t pictured, and Food Glorious Food was in yesterday’s post. They have a bakery on Saturday mornings. They made Mark and Erika’s wedding cake a decade ago and recreated the bodice embroidery of her wedding gown in the icing   Also the Japanese restaurant Teppanyaki Kyoto was closed but featured in an earlier post.    You might remember the BLT I created with ingredients from the Bryant Street Market.

The weekly photo challenge was neighborhood using phoneography.  I supplemented last night’s response to the challenge and used my Canon 5 D tonight.
