Cape Cod Oatmeal Cookies Baked in Erika’s Kitchen Columbus Ohio

  • Cape Cod Oatmeal Cookies
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 c white sugar
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • Mix dry ingredients.  Cream butter and sugars and molasses. Add egg.  Add oatmeal and dry ingredients. Stir. Add raisins and walnuts if desired.  Bake 11 minutes at 350.
