PNC Carousel at Schenley Plaza Closed Due to Rain
But we have plans to return to ride the Carousel.

We were in the Oakland neighborhood by University of Pittsburgh to attend Visitor’s Day at Western PA Writing Project .

I thought it was pretty in a neighbor’s garden as we walked to the park.
When I researched it, the reports on the smell ranged from slight skunk-like, musty, strong- like citronella – I didn’t stick my nose in the blossom so didn’t notice any scent.

While Cleaning Toys in a Bin
I was in the backyard, sorting through a bin of old forgotten toys, dipping some in a dustpan of sudsy water. Wiping some of them off with a damp rag. Since my granddaughter (8) is visiting, I thought I’d see if there was anything interesting she might enjoy playing with,
