Fennel seeds and hard sugar, like bits of sweet crystal, to finish our delicious dinner at Taste of India. I love the taste of licorice.

I looked up the name of these after dinner treats “used as digestive aid. and mouth freshener” Mukhwas

Cousins in the Car’s Back Seat

A six word Saturday.  Maura is reflected in Charlie’s sunglasses.  They were making faces together.  BTW this is the old Batman hat that was a hand-me-down from Michael.  Finished the replacement hat today. See below.

Christmas 2011   Jack and Michael received superhero hats from Grandma   I think Michael wished I had bought him LEGO  One of my favorite photos.

The new Batman hat completed today December 28th

He has a painting on the wall of the Pittsburgh Mayor’s Office, too.

Here is the latest addition to their collection of Bill Pfahl’s art.

Someone is Excited for Christmas

My son Mark took this photo this Christmas Eve as Maura did a dance to Jingle Bell Rock.

There’s a high level of excitement in the air, awaiting Christmas Day.

His photo definitely captured the mood.
