Parade? Are those ladies even part of it? It looks like the second car with balloons is going around the truck, so maybe they aren’t connected?

I agree with the baby shower. That is a baby crib on the back of the first truck with balloons…with a box inside it. Hopefully, not the baby.

I also agree with the baby shower. I would add that the sex of the baby hasn’t been revealed because the balloons include both pink and blue. Or maybe it’s twins — a boy and a girl. I would guess the crib is not a gift. It’s too exposed and could be damaged on the ride.. Iit will be used as a decoration. Maybe they will pile the gifts inside.
