Great shot, Ruth. It’s amazing the wildlife that’s moved back into the cities, isn’t it? A few years ago, for 2 consecutive Springs, we saw a duck and her brood walk through my back yard. I am nowhere near “the country.” Then there are the regulars: skunks, raccoons, opossum, rabbits, the occasional monk parakeet and visiting falcon(s). Friends about 2 mile west of me, still very much in the city, have deer that raid their garden every year.
Lovely photos. I have never seen a deer – they seem to be gentle animals 🙂

Great shot Ruth!
Love the picture…there is a simplicity to the trees, snow, and deer.

What a great shot. I saw three, but was going to guess four. One’s always hiding! But good to know I was right.

Wow, deer in woods that are in a city, that sounds unusual to me. great shot !
SO AWESOME! Totally did not see that guy hiding in the background haha. I wish I could see them in my neighbourhood =P
You have fantastic eyes (both physically and artistically). Both are such a gift.
Aww, thanks Stef. You always make time to leave the most thoughtful comments for me.
