A reblog- in honor of St. Joseph Day. I hear this statue of St Joseph is still in the parking lot, waiting for a new home. My father, son and grandson all share Joseph as a middle name.

Why on earth did they move him there?
I love St Joseph…he helped us sell a house 🙂
I hope he finds a suitable home. It does make me wonder, though. With so many archdiocese closing churches, what happens to all of the statuary?
It is a beautiful statue. I’m sure he’ll find an appropriate home.
Thanks for remembering St. Joseph on this his feast day. So many forget about him. This is a beautiful statue – hopefully he will find a good home soon. It a shame there are so many statues without homes since churches have been closed. Tony’s middle name is Joseph also.
I live as a sister of St. Joseph for 7 years so he has a special meaning for me too. Thanks, Ruthie
I love statues and this one is beautiful with all its details. I hope he finds a good home.
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
Today is St. Joseph the Worker’s feast day and an appropriate day for Pope Francis to be installed. Thanks for the reminder.
He’s a big man! It will take a big home to shelter him properly.
