What a fabulous collection of photos. I enjoyed the theme as it added an extra layer of interest to the actual scenes. Also, not having traveled very much, it provides me with a very different perspective of NYC than I would find in a travel brochure 🙂
I bet you had hundreds of photos to sort through and at least a dozen that you could have included in this post but chose not to. 🙂
By themselves, these could be from almost any major city. Taken as a group, though, and they definitely belong to the Big Apple.
I think the only thing that is missing is a boat! great selection
So many different modes of transportation to choose from, Ruth. Great photos.
I never thought of all the modes of transportation one uses to get around. Including our feet.
I think one of the many things New York is known for is its transportation. What wonderful pictures!! I know Louisville has quite a few but not a subway.
good topic – I’m surprised by the Lincoln …
I do remember that show! You have posted a terrific visual of the reality of NYC travel. Nice work!
Great collage of an interesting topic!
Another great detailed post Ruth!
