As many times as I’ve been to Johnstown – I even student taught there years ago — I’ve never been on that incline.
No, thank you. This looks way too steep and scary for me. There’s one in Dubuque, Iowa, that appears just as steep and scary.
For as long as its been closed, keep it closed.
