Really cool photo. I like it.
I love the vintage feel of this.
It looks very fitting for October/Halloween.
What does Heinz use the plant for now? I thought they had taken the tomato-business elsewhere???
Yes to other comments: cool / vintage/ kinda spooky / timely for Halloween!!!!
Great shot, Ruth. Kinda rust belt, kinda powerful.
Oh very eerie, wait it’s no tin Eerie is it? Ha.
I love this
Omg – what a great photo.
Right place, right time.
fantastic twilight shot!
Just down on the cliffs close to where I used to live in West Cornwall, was the ‘Heinz’ monument (see Wikipedia link below), which looks so totally different from your photo Ruth. But I really like the grittiness of industrial photos such as this one of yours 🙂
Thanks I had no clue about this monument but enjoyed seeing the photo and learning of the Heinz donation. The weather added a lot to the Heinz at night photos. I donated the framed photo and it went for a tidy sum at auction and although I didn’t personally receive a cent, it felt quite validating.
That’s excellent Ruth, the photo should have raised a fair bit!!!!
you are the master of twilight or mixed lights photography!
Thank you for your good words.
