Prior to living here, I lived in a part of Chicago that was originally inhabited by Swedes. Even now, though most have “moved on”, there are vestiges of their presence: a bakery, museum, a couple of restaurants, etc. Needless to say, I’m very familiar with Swedish pancakes. Those you shot look fantastic — as does your reflection capture. 🙂
Lovely photos Ruth. I like the one of you with the camera :-). Have a happy and safe Easter!
Rainee, that is in the Washroom! But the Carl Larsson painted tiles were so cool. Thanks for always leaving a nice note.
Love the parking sign, Ruth. 🙂 Those pancakes with fresh orange juice would go down a treat.
Thanks for the visit. I am going to try to make Swedish pancakes at home! They were so good.
I felt like I was at the Stockholm Inn. The Swedish pancakes look delish.
Hope to get together soon!
And now I want pancakes… 🙂
Uh oh , did you make them?
great photos Ruth…those pancakes look so yummy I might have to go make some for breakfast
Have been studying the recipes and seems manageable! Thanks for the visit and comment Jo.

Great sock monkey! 🙂 The pancakes look like crepes to me; how was their texture and taste?
