Wow. As an Australian who only went to the US once when she was 5ish, and therefore whose vision of the US is largely dictated by movies and the news… this photo is just incredibly American. The bus. The house. The big dark tree. It’s just amazing. Sorry to bring my stereotypes crashing into a very nice photo.
I drove by a nearby intersection early this morning. It was loaded with children and parents waiting for the school bus. I needed to remind myself to be very careful while driving now that school is in session.
