Earlier in the day photo of the abandoned boat. I’d say it’s been there for awhile.
An assignment in photo class, take a photograph of the same scene at different times of day. Check.
It looks like it was well used in its time.
It’s certainly seen happier days, Ruth. It does make for a great photo though, even in its derelict state. 🙂
It’s interesting to see how an image changes over time – even if that time span is just a matter of hours. I think these two images are a great study in ‘time’.
I like the one taken in the afternoon. The light seems less harsh, and seems to add more of a sense of mystery to the picture.
Look as if it was washed ashore in a huge storm…but probably not! Great photos!
I think I may heard of this before. Something about a 3 hour cruise, a Skipper, a Millionaire and his bride …
