After the homecoming dance I drove up to Grandview Ave. on Mt. Washington. I mistakenly thought the Liberty Tunnel was closed until 6AM. Not!
The clear fall night air lent itself to a couple of photos, sans tripod, just a fence.

I drove my car. I was near the incline station, though. The Monongahela incline.

would be an honour for me, to read a comment from you …
you drove up to Grandview Ave. on Mt. Washington.
It’s good, that you mistakenly thought
the Liberty Tunnel was closed until 6AM!
I love your Pittsburgh pictures!
You’ve a knack for night time photography, Ruth, Here, the Pittsburgh skyline really looks beautiful.
This is a gorgeous photo of our beautiful city!
You should make this beautiful photo a replacement for the one you have now. Not that I don’t like the other one. In fact, you could make ANY of your photos the main one to your site.
I think the pink pyramid on the right side of your photo looks a bit like a nipple. Seemingly appropriate, non? 😉
