and as I recently think I told you )when I would have waited had I known your special lucky & anniversary was close,,, ha! jk)
but I recently mentioned that I like your blog for many reasons – and I have been following along for about the last two years…and with your photos I like how they are from very informal to quite polished and skilled. They are personal and sometimes just neutral – and your work series is fun – but your personal projects are some of my fav. Like the knitted pieces you made for the Super Bowl 50…..

7 years? Congratulations, Ruth. That’s quite an accomplishment, especially considering how frequently you post. I think I can speak for most when I say that it’s always a pleasure to visit you here. You’re a skilled photographer and your captures never disappoint. Cannot wait to see where you’ll take us during the next 7 years. (We won’t think about how mature your grandkids will be by then.)
