I remember the 7754 mostly. It was called the “flying falcon.”. I do not know why. If you sat in the last bench seat the back and forth motion of the car would toss you around especially on the curves. Driving on the tracks to avoid the rough cobble stone streets took a certain amount of skill and was always fun.

That was really interesting Ruth. I have a very hazy memory of the tram lines in Exeter, it would have been the late 1950’s and the trams had already gone.
