I’ve seen recipes for cauliflower pizza crust but not this line of cauliflower products. They just caught my eye a couple of weeks ago at Lucky’s Market in Clintonville. No taste test on my end yet but I’m eager to hear from others who’ve eaten the cauliflower sandwich things or pizza crusts.
never tried these but about time – I am so excited to see if they have them in our area.
My spouse makes a few things with cauliflower – like a great soup with chicken and bone broth – and some faux mashed potatoes
I will let you know if I get to try something similar
🙂
Thanks Yvette. I haven’t done much with cauliflower in my life.
Haha – yeah – same here – I used to watch it sit on the vegetable trays at parties – I did like it a little but never a big Cauliflower eater – but it is a versatile veggie
Entirely new in my neck of the woods! I would like to read more about the cauliflower bread substitute, Ruth.
I’ll do more research Peter.
Haven’t seen this for sale here, but would buy it if I did. 🤣
I might buy it next time and try.
A friend has had cauliflower pizza crusts at a restaurant and loved them.
I definitely must taste them not just photograph them 😀
I’ve had cauliflower pizza crust, it’s fine. I love cauliflower rice!
Good to know Isobel. Seems a trending item here.
A couple of years ago I used it instead of quinoa in a salad and asked my guests to identify the ‘’grain’. None could, but all liked it.
Cauliflower pizza crusts are okay – but they have to be cooked exactly to specifications or else they are watery. I’ve never tried cauliflower bread. I do like cauliflower “mashed potatoes”, and raw cauliflower dipped in salad dressing. 🙂
