You’ve tasted the juice. Have you seeded one? they are good for you. Antioxidants and all.

Mary seeded the fruit. She’d watched a video on how to prepare the pomegranate
The chef called them “gems” each one like a ruby

Nyami🤤🤤🤤
One of my favorite fruits to pick at an eat when I was a kid.
They do look like jewels! I’m buying some from my grocery store (already seeded) to add to my Christmas salad (spinach, orange segments, almonds, arils). Just learned that new word arils = the pomegranate seed pods. JB
Never had one but the salad sounds yummy. What kind of dressing?
I am not a big fan on the seeds. Don’t like the crunch
A lot of work, but delicious
Yes delicious. That video shows the chef batting them out a a wooden spoon but we used a painstakingly slow method.
C agrees – he says they look like “red diamonds”. I learned that one of the easiest ways to seed them is in a bowl of water. But I have never actually seeded one, so not sure if there is merit to this or not. You’ll have to let me know. 🙂
