Steve ordered shoes online.
Tried them on. Too small.
Went to shoe department in the store.
No bigger sizes in stock. So no direct exchange possible.
We returned the shoes at the cashier. No problem.
A Grand Opening of a huge new store!
Fans lined up sporting #58 Letang Jerseys
It’s a big hockey town!
Steve took my photo with the Penguins mascot. No line.
Drove home in a pesky sleet storm.
Made macaroni and cheese, ate spinach salad.

This photo made me smile too. Did you buy a shirt?
No purchases.
What a day. I bet the Penguin said the same thing to you, his grandkids would get a kick out of this picture. dc
Grandkids did like the pic😂
This photo made me smile. I never grew up in the city, but I remember going to visit my aunt and uncle in steel city to then go watch the penguins game. Great capture Ruth!
Pittsburgh loves their sports teams. It’s definitely a Hockey town. Thanks for writing.
Good old Iceburgh! I remember when my grandchildren were little going to penguin games with them, their favorite part was seeing him! Fun fact, did you know that Iceburgh was named at a eat-n park in the 1992-93 season?
That is a fun fact I did not know. Thank you
I’d have wanted to have my photo taken with the Penguin too
ROFL!
Mascots are fun (and sometimes creepy, but mostly fun). With no line, why not get a pic?
