The post reminds me of a story about my youngest daughter who would not, no way eat cheesecake. She wouldn’t even try it. Said it was disgusting. So I made a bet with her one day and she lost, so I told her she had to try the cheesecake we had. She did, and then ate 2 slices. She was a fan. I said to her imagine how much cheesecake you have missed out on because you wouldn’t just try it.
That’s a great story. This recipe is easy and I bet you’ll both enjoy it. I love fruit with it.
So no crust? This does look easy. I just might try it!
Let me know your result. No crust! But looks like it doesn’t it?
