Sorry to se these places close. I’ve a butcher about 2 blocks from my home and there aren’t many left. It will be a sorry day when all of the independent butchers close.
Wonderful capture! What a story this photo tells: (imho) warm & friendly service, human-to-human contact, small business and an era that’s disappearing.
