Not a oatmeal cookie without raisins
Oatmeal cookies remind me of our mother. She really made the best oatmeal cookies for us six children. I also remember sugar cookies with orange zest and homemade chocolate fudge stirred by hand. No electric beaters. Lots and lots of homemade treats made from scratch. These are the memories that make our mothers special people.
This kind of oatmeal is also delish! I like this kind with raisins and brown sugar too. 😉
