I’ve seen a similar mode of transportation in Dubuque, Iowa.
I remember a number of inclines in Pittsburgh…They have gone the way of our Street Cars…nice to have this one in full use..
Do these run by themselves? By an operator? 24/7, or designated hours? Free, or for a fee?
