I saw these leaves on the parking lot when I picked up Charlie from Camp. I don’t think they are a good sign but I’m not sure. I tried to identify them. Maybe a blog reader will know.

I did a Google image search, and apparently they are Oak Gall Mites or Gall Psyllids. Here are two links I found:

They look like eggs to me, but your question had been answered.
This is not funny – but, my first thought was monkeypox.
My daughter Anna lives in Iowa and has these on the tree in her backyard . They are ugly for sure. She had an arborist doing some work there recently and was told these are “oak galls” and nothing to worry about. Ugly but doesn’t hurt the tree.
