Here in south Florida the change of seasons isn’t much help. I rely on my bathroom mirror. Seems like one day I looked and saw me. The next day I looked and saw my father! Time flys. Hair today, gone tomorrow. Dc
Definitely notice it in the change of seasons here in southern Minnesota. In the trees, the landscape and the temp.
By how grown up my grandchildren are getting.
Definitely by the bathroom mirror and by the number of birthdays that have flown by. The days and years pass so quickly.
Daily naps are unavoidable, more frequent, occur at odd hours and can happen anywhere with the passing of time.
These days mostly by the development of wrinkles on my face. 😉
