LOL! Something similar to Mayochup is used on the patatas bravo here and is very good!

That made me think of patatas bravas too, though the potatoes used to come just with salsa brava. Somewhere in the last 20 years allioli has crept into the mixture. Interestingly, the two main supermarket brands of cheap salsa brava are now owned by Heinz.
I’m not brave enough, hopefully some others will review then perhaps I’ll give it a go. dc

I think they are interesting combos once in a while, and on those occasions I would just mix the two ingredients rather than buy a big container of pre-mixed. But …. some people are more convenience minded I guess. JB
