Yum! A definite tradition in my family, I’m feeling the need to make one.

The tradition in my family is to put a thin layer of ‘butter cream’ (combination of butter and sugar) on the cake first, then the jam and then roll it up. We also will freeze it if we are not going to serve it right away. My mouth is watering!!!
