Coach Jeff gave Maura the DUCKS mascot to take care of until Tuesday practice!
When we got home it was about 9:30 PM. A late dinner and bed, ready for dive and swim practice starting at 8AM.
Thanks Susan for helping me get the job at Carrick and for sending me off at the finish. You and Ava were a big help to me, made it a nice ending with Origami paper flying around the parking lot, your catching it.

During seventh period my door got decorated as a surprise, courtesy of Ms. McCann and a team of The Future Is Mine students.
I got some lovely words from some sweet teenagers as they read the door.
In January. I’d put in my letter of intent to retire at the end of this school year and told the adults but hadn’t shared with the students. Now they can help me celebrate.
Today it feels real. 🎓🎉🎏😃
