Absolutely love it! There are a couple neighborhood diners that I frequent for no other reason than to keep them there. America is big enough for McDonald’s, Burger King, and diners like Dan’s, above — and I’ll put my money where my mouth is and spend it at the diners.
I wonder if they have any vegetarian entrees
Diners are my favorite.
I’m with John on that one! I wish we had a bigger “diner” culture in our city!
We always say Pittsburgh needs some good ones in the north. Always our first choice , can’t beat the taste.
Theybwill always have Mac n cheese!
Like laura’s inquiry! don’t yet associate diners and vegetarian!! 🙂 Why not???
Oh breakfast all day!
Meat loaf is always a good test to determine the quality of food at a diner.
There are SO many diners and good out-of-the-way places to eat in Louisville and also Southern Indiana. Of course there are the high class places, too, but they just aren’t as much fun. I mean going to a diner with GREAT food is a real treat!
This place looks like a classic. I bet their breakfast is fantastic.
Ours is called The South Street Grill and has mementos of Elvis on the walls. Dessert is made by a local lady and yummy.
We visit one in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, that’s lots of fun!
I also agree with John: I would support the place if I lived nearby and their food was good.
And I must say that I love the font that they’ve used in the “Classic All American Diner” sign.
