Kinda spooky, yet clean looking.
Ruth, what is taking you to Philadelphia?
My friend Steve attended Wills Eye conference and my sister came down from NYC for weekend too we went to Barnes
Always enjoy sitting at the counter
Probably filled with life and character during the day, so lonely at night.
The Rocky poster is a nice touch
Great shot, Ruth. These places are disappearing fast. You can have the booth at Denny’s. Give me a seat at that counter any day.
I would have pinched the Rocky poster
The diner is on the street where Rocky made his famous run through the Italian Market.
I love this shot! Really great!!
Aww thanks Angeline. I appreciate your visit and good words today.
A fantastic pic – and ties in nicely with the “abandoned” theme, too.
Sorry I wasn’t there in the day to catch a lighted, busy scene to contrast the two.
nice to know about the Rocky connection – and your photo is like a little slice of Americana – 🙂
