Yes it is.
The practical side of me doesn’t really get yarn bombing. Yes, it can be colorful and interesting, but I keep wondering who goes in and cleans it up when it gets weathered and dirty? Do the bombers unbomb?
I think some officials unbomb. It does truly seem like a waste of yarn but I’m old now so maybe that practicality part is nagging me too. This was plastic lace. Maybe lasts in weather?
