Fresh ingredients and the crust is superb.
Supporting local small businesses.
This afternoon Pittsburgh Street Pizza was set up in front of McWalker Yarns on Grant Avenue, Millvale PA. (If you’re not local you can still order yarn online but not the pizza 🥲)

Wishing you every success in your new business.
And I didn’t even know what a ROCCBOX Oven was until this afternoon.
“The restaurant-grade portable pizza oven. Dual fuel, fire up with the convenience of gas or discover the flavor of wood for the ultimate pizza experience”

And your people at work series seems to have been going on for a while (I have a small collection of work photos too)
And was wondering how big your collection is now?

We are fortunate to have more and more street food vendors around town.Gavins pizza looks soooo good. If he is in the neighborhood or nearby, we will try it next time we go to McWalker.
I’ll definitely have to look into street pizza.
Looks delicious!
There’s so much to love about this photo essay. Gavin’s wide smile, which shows a joy and passion for creating pizzas. Your incredible photos documenting him and his work. And then that pizza, oh, my, it looks delicious. Thank you for featuring Gavin and supporting this young man in this passion/business.
