Over easy for me. But scrambled or poached are great too. dc
Over easy or scrambled
Poached on avocado, toast. But scrambled is the next best.
Scrambled eggs are like eating air. Little taste to them. But, I do like them in a sandwich with mayo.
I like the pot holder. Are you still making them?
I only eat eggs when scrambled or made into an omelette. I don’t eat them poached, fried, boiled etc i like my scrambled eggs on sourdough ( no butter) with black pepper and a bit of smoked salmon
Over easy on an English muffin.
I love eggs! I love them almost every way you can prepare them. I love eggs scrambled, over easy, sunny side up, poached, soft boiled, and deviled. I love egg salad and I love omelets. The only egg I don’t like is hard boiled. Overall, I am a lover of eggs.
I agree with Vincie and I like hard boiled eggs with Frank’s Red Hot sauce as well. Strange but true.
If I must have eggs…. Frittata or scrambled with cheese onions garlic and bacon. Yeah.
I adore eggs in all types of preparations. I eat one almost every day.
